My fiance and I were planning our wedding for October 2nd 2021. Figuring out what we were going to do for food was definitely an obstacle until we stumbled across Mike's Fat Boys food truck. We were definitely shooting for a food truck scenario for our wedding and lets just say we 110% found the right one! Let me start by saying Mike was the most comforting (on a personal and of course food level haha) and easy-going person to help destress myself and better yet my future wife. He helped us decide on the proper menu and he was absolutely on point. He and his staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating to our wedding needs. Have I even talked about the food yet? Our wedding attendees are still talking about how great the burgers were. I must say you could taste the quality of the ingredients they use to make these mouth-watering hearty burgers. Thank you again Mike and crew. You made our wedding so much more special!

Every single thing that I ate from the Fat Boys food truck tonight was perfection! The beef slider with applewood bacon on a brioche bun was a tastebud explosion of goodness. The onion rings were light and crunchy, not overweighed with oil and batter.  And the Loaded Fries were loaded with carne asada, avocado, Mexican cheese, and cilantro.  The best!   I would have taken photos of the food if I had not gobbled everything up so quickly.  Michael the owner/chef is truly talented and we wish him tremendous success!

I tried Mike's Fat Boys food truck at Altadena Gold Course and the food did not disappoint! I had the avocado cheeseburger and OMG!! The patty was perfectly seasoned & cooked and practically melted in your mouth in the most amazing way!! The garlic fries were not overwhelmingly garlicky (I know that's not a word heheh) My sister had the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings and my niece ordered the grilled cheese. Onion rings were perfectly cooked and crispy, and the grilled cheese was out of this world delicious! I can't wait to try the jalapeno chicken sandwich the next time I visit Mike's food truck, because I will be back!

This food truck has amazing food choices. Chef Mike is always mixing it up. I had a burger-gasm when I took my first bite of the Bacon Mikey at a golf tournament in Pasadena. Then I attended a bridal boot camp in Lakewood where Fat Boys food truck provided customized grilled chicken salads with garlic bread for the bridal party. I can't wait for the next event to taste those loaded fries.
